DUNE! Now with ATVs
This weekend was our annual Pismo Beach getaway. We rented a wonderful beach house inOceano that overlooked the surf. If you’ve ever been there, you know that there are HUGE sand dunes here.
With that said, of course we got everyone together and rented ATVs. We had a fairly large group this year so keeping everyone together was a little hard. In all, eleven people went riding with a mix of five 400cc ATVs and six 250cc ATVs. We rented from Angello’s again this year, mainly because they offer great deals and didn’t give us too much grief.
Well of course, if you’re gonna go ahead and rent some ATVs out to us… You should expect fun times. And fun times were had by all.
Overall, the 400ex was a very torque-y. It was really easy to wheelie and get going. The 250ex though was very nimble, but of course lacked in torque. There were pluses for each vehicle, but at the end of the day, I prefer the 400.
